  1. Comfort is KING – take care of your tactile system 
  2. Declutter – take care of your visual system
  3. Happy Hippocampus – take care of your sense of smell 
  4. Sit-up – take care of your posture and proprioception 
  5. Determine your rhythm (are you an owl or a lark? Make sure you move!)
