Brain Sense consulting offers sensory awareness and integration – unpacking bottom brain energy to optimise health, wellness and productivity.
It makes use of sensory science to create bottom brain awareness in individuals, families, teams, and organizations.
Brain Sense gently guides individuals and teams toward scientific sensory self-care, sensory stress management, optimal levels of brain arousal, and meaningful relationships.
Brain Sense also analyze and design environments to ensure optimal wholeness and productivity at work and at home.

Ida is a passionate sensory integration occupational therapist. She worked in the clinical field of sensory integration for 20 years, where a daily sense of awe was established in her around the powerful organizing effect sensations has on the nervous system. Her interest in corporate health and wellness saw her obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, as well as becoming a licensed sensory intelligence ® practitioner.
