"Getting to Know My Brain with Ida Doyer.

Did you know your skin and brain actually come from the same cells when you’re developing? Mind. Blown.

In 2024, I did a sensory profile course with Ida Doyer to improve my study methods. What I learned surprised me — a lot of my overwhelm and stress actually comes from how my brain processes sensory input.

I discovered my personal sensory buttons (we all have them!) and how simple changes can make a big difference when studying or managing stress.

Thanks to Ida’s techniques, I’m learning to manage these triggers better, one day at a time. It’s not perfect yet, but I’m making progress!

If you’re a student or even just someone who feels easily overwhelmed, I can highly recommend Ida to help you understand your own sensory wiring.

It really is super informative and gives you a lot of practical ways to manage your unique stressors."
