Brain Sense consulting offers sensory awareness and self-management – unpacking sensory styles to optimise health, wellness and productivity.
It makes use of sensory science to create self awareness in individuals, families, teams, and organizations.
Brain Sense gently guides individuals and teams toward scientific sensory self-care, sensory stress management, optimal levels of brain arousal, and meaningful relationships.
Brain Sense also analyze and design environments to ensure optimal wellbeing and productivity at work and at home.

Ida is a passionate sensory integration occupational therapist. She has worked in the clinical and consulting fields of sensory integration for over 25 years, where a daily sense of awe was established in her around the powerful organizing effect sensations has on the nervous system. Her interest in corporate health and wellness saw her obtaining a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
